14. What are the commonly used inspection methods for oil cylinders?

2) Listening by ear: When the cylinder moves, if there is air sound, it means that there is air in the cylinder or the cylinder is leaking.
 
15. Faults and treatment methods of air-tight box water cooling equipment.
 
1) The amount of circulating water decreases and the temperature of the airtight box rises. Check whether the pipeline equipment is leaking and whether the water pump is working normally. If any abnormality is found, turn the pump down in time.
 
2) Whether the back-cleaning filter is working properly, whether the two drain valves are closed in place, and whether the water volume is controlled to a normal value.
 
3) The temperature difference of circulating water increases, and the effect of water/water heat exchanger is not good. Clean the heat exchanger and replace the circulating water to reduce the inlet water temperature.
 
16. How to deal with the water stop of the airtight box:
 
1) When the water in the airtight box is stopped, immediately notify the relevant personnel to check and deal with it.
 
2) Maximize the amount of N2 entering the airtight box.
 
3) Pay close attention to the temperature of the transmission airtight box and try to control the lower furnace top temperature.
 
4) When the temperature of the airtight box reaches 700C, it cannot exceed half an hour.
 
5) When the airtight box is higher than 900C, the chute should be stopped, the chute should be placed in a vertical state, and the wind should be stopped as soon as possible.
